Great View of Bear Lake. Cabin is newly constructed. Theatre, indoor rec/garage. 9 bedrooms that have a queen/king and foldout chair/bed. Bunk bedroom/pirate play room sleeps 13. Large kids play area in bonus room with slide. House can sleep 46 in some kind of bed. ( hide a beds, cots and and we have lots of mats.) So much indoor fun to enjoy and of course, the beautiful lake and walking/bike path nearby.

Terms & Conditions
The City rules do not allow tents or camping trailers to be used on Short term rental homes. Also the city requires that no on street parking be allowed. Quiet time after 10 which is common in most towns. Remove all used sheets and towels and stack them in Hallway by theatre room or other laundry facility and start a batch before checking out. All garbage must be hauled to the dumpsters at the entrance to the subdivision. No climbing out of windows and onto the roof. Stay off of neighbors property, property for this home is 30 feet south of the house and 10 feet west of the house and 85 feet north and 54' east of house.
